最后召集：8月6日 深圳 | 大湾区城市更新项目考察：南头古城

ULI大湾区组织委员会诚邀您参加参观深圳近两年最受欢迎的文化时尚街区以及城市更新项目的标杆 一 南头古城城中村活化项目。原本的深圳城中村项目经过改造过后， 南头古城不仅保留了原有历史建筑群和原居民的住宅，同时也新建了文博展馆群，文化商业、创意办公、特色餐饮、长租公寓等新型文化业态多元布局。经过改造后，南头古城已开放区域为东西街、南北街、if工厂、西集，约9.4万平米，约330栋。它已经成为深圳潮流文化与市井文化、历史文化与青年文化碰撞融合的标志性地点。
此次活动将会由ULI大湾区组委会委员兼南头古城万科的商业策划及文创产商业区营运顾问 - 构筑生活的董事总经理 Anson Chan先生带领我们参观以讲解南头古城改造和文化艺术社区营造背后的各种故事。其中包括深圳城中村活化机制, 打造过程的困难与机遇, 作为古城多重身份 (策划者, 文创产商业区招商+营运者, 租户, 新村民) 的体会和感受。
因疫情防控要求，与会者需持24小时核酸阴性证明。

The ULI Greater Bay Area Organizing Committee sincerely invites you to join our guided tour of Nantou City, the Shenzhen most reputable urban village revitalization project which is become the most popular cultural and fashionable destination for Shenzhen in the last 2 years. After the renovation of the original Shenzhen urban village, Nantou City is not only retaining the original historical buildings and residences of the original residents, but also built new cultural and exhibition halls, cultural and commercial facilities, creative offices, boutique F&B, serviced apartments and other diversified layout for attracting emerging creative industry. Dongxi Street, Nanbei Street, if Factory, and Xiji, with about 94,000 square meters spaces and about 330 buildings have been open for the public now. Nantou City has become a landmark place where Shenzhen's fashion, creative, historical culture and youth culture collide and merge.
This event will be led by Mr. Anson Chan, Committee Member of the ULI Greater Bay Area Organizing Committee, Lead Consultant of Vanke Nantou Old Town Commercial Planning and Cultural and Creative Business District, Managing Director of Anson & Partners Planning & Design Consultancy, to explain the renovation and culture community building of Nantou Old Town, and share the behind the scene stories. These will be include the revitalization mechanism of Shenzhen's urban villages, the difficulties and opportunities in the construction process, and share Anson’ experience and learning of being a slashie (planners, cultural and creative business district investment + operators, tenants, and new villagers).
